The falls, 2025
istallation

"The Falls" is an installation that challenges our conventional perception of a curtain. While a classic curtain functions as a soft, movable and concealing element, “The Falls” has exactly the opposite effect. The material of this installation is neither flowing nor opaque; instead, it is rigid and transparent. It does not conceal but reveals. Rather than obscuring, it creates transparency and openness. Where curtains typically serve as a boundary between inside and outside, "The Falls" seemingly dissolves this boundary by opening up the view and redefining space.
The project was exhibited in the group show Curtain Call at MS Dauerwelle, 2025, Bremen.
